Can't supply a simple invoice

We received a quote (Q0000873020) from Khanyi and accepted the quote on 11/12/2012 and made payment of R408.75 at the same time. All details were sent to her and FedEx collected our parcel. A few weeks later I requested the Tax invoice from Khanyi. She could not find our info and requested the waybill number. Unfortunately we misplaced the waybill so she asked for delivery/collection details and said she would get back to me (this was on 9 January). I've sent her emails requesting an update on our invoice but have been ignored. I eventually emailed csdjnb@fedex and Thandeka responded. I forwarded all my correspondence to him on 21/02/2013 and since then he has also ignored me. I am simply asking for a Tax Invoice. That is all. Please could someone look in to this for us. I have all email correspondence, POP, etc. Where was our payment allocated too if FedEx can't supply our invoice? This technically means the job was never done so we could literally ask for a refund on work you can't prove was completed...
