Goldwagen goods return policy unreasonable

I purchased a R1300 electrical part from them. Realised I did not need it and phoned them 15 minutes later. They would not reverse the transaction since it is an electrical component even though the time was so short.

Hi my name is Ricky I bought a clutch slave cylinder from the Durban central branch on 06/09/2016
had it fitted on a few hours later bleed it the first time went down well pumped it up went ok released the fluid went down ok as it reached the bottom it made a bang took the unit out to find the front section where the shaft fits had broke off and the piston came out took it back immediately (06/09/2016) to Durban they phone head office and I was told that it had to be sent to head office which will take 14 working days that is not fair I paid for it and have to wait so long to get a reply this is very poor customer service. When I went to buy my clutch cylinder another customer was also there with a slave cylinder that he had problems with not sure for what vehicle it was for he also sounded very upset. I am very upset I need my car to use to work and back so who ever is in charge of the complaints please contact me urgently I need some answers i am not going to wait all day you need to contact your Durban branch and get my details from them and phone me urgently invoice no.: 10064931
