On 24January we stopped at shell for petrol in the morning & oil in the evening. The morning the petrol attendant dropped & broke our petrol cap & the evening the attendant spilled half the pint of oil over our exhaust. On 25 January I called the manager explaining the situation & she said she'll have to check video footage & return my call. After 3 hours, I called again & was then helped by another manager. I explained the nature of my complaint, she said the oil spiller will only start shift at 6 & she needs to speak to him first, then she asked me; "WHAT DO YOU WANT" I asked that they replace my petrol cap & she said she'll call me back. When she did, she had a horrible attitude. Told me that the attendant did not drop the cap, it fell from the pump after he put it there & then asked whar happens when things fall at my house... When I responded by saying things won't fall if they're put on a safe surface, she said; So you're so carefull no dishes break in your house. She also made it clear that she will give me no more than the petrol cap cause it's quite pricy and if I want the oil replaced my husband must call the owner & they can have a man to man talk.
