Movers damage furniture

In Aug 2013 Dreamz Logistics were hired (via GROUPON) to move my furniture 5km down the road to my new flat. Despite additional wrapping (paid for separately), upon arrival at the flat, the following damages were noted: Torn leather couch, Chipped mirror dresser, Cracked standing lamp
All damages were promptly reported to the company. As the manager (Tshie) was out of office, I was informed that no one else would be able to assist me with resolving the complaint and I tried her cellphone. She eventually called me back on Friday and I told her that I would email all the details and photos to her on Monday to lodge the claim with their insurance company.
No response was received on Monday or Tuesday (after follow up), and on Wednesday I called the office at 9h30, and no one in office could assist again. I called Tshie on her cellphone and she finally communicated that she received my emails and that I should 'calm down'.
I am still awaiting a response on the progress of my claim. After the appalling service and still no resolution on my damaged goods, I would advise that no one uses Dreamz Logistics. I am disappointed that GROUPON collaborated with such a disreputable company!
