I AM PAYING ELECTRICITY WITH QUEST METERS.MY BILL IS RIDICULOUSLY HIGH SINCE WINTER STARTED.I AM WORKING IN RUSTENBURG AND COME HOME ONLY ON FRIDAY FOR THE WEEKEND.WHEN I'M AT HOME THE GYSER IS ALWAYS SWITCHED OFF, AND I ONLY SWITCH IT ON WHEN I, M ABOUT TO USE THE GYSER.MY BILL IN JULY WAS R1688, WHY? WHO IS USING MY ELECTRICITY WHEN I'M GONE AND I TRIED TO CALL QUEST TO ASK THEM WHAT IS HAPPENING, AND SOME WHITE RUDE LADY TOLD ME THAT THAT IS HOW IT IS AND IT IS NOT GONNA CHANGE, I MUST JUST PAY IT LIKE THAT.I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WANT TO KNOW WHATS UP WITH THAT PAY HIKE, HOW CAN MY BILL BE LIKE THAT WHEN I'M NOT HOME 3 QUATERS OF THE TIME WITH A GYSER THAT IS ALWAYS OFF??? VERY DISAPPOINTED.AND WORST OF ALL THEY SEND MY BILL LATE EVERY MONTH AROUND THE SECOND OR THIRD OF THE MONTH
