The delivery of the vehicle was done by Marius. Who came with all the documentation and contracts to sign. The entire meeting and signing was recorded by Marius.
A Month before the due date of the first installment as stated by the invoice we recieved (7 June). We were informed by the finance company that the installment would come off on 7 May, a full month earlier. Upon speaking to Marius, he denied the fact that he told us that it was only on the 7th of June. We then queried this with Satinsky, who eventually, after a long argument and query emails to and from, made sure that the full installment amount of the vehicle was paid into our account before the installment came off.
We were told that if we completed the 2000kms per month, Satinky would pay 100% of their portion. To our horror, when we received their first payment, it was R155 short. When we queried this, we were told that it is Administration Fees and Interest. No where in the contract or any of the documentation in our possesion does it state this. Kugan from Satinsky insisted that we were told about this by Marius (who delivered the vehicle), so we requested the recording. That was in June. Still No Recording
