I Bought a VW Polo from Bernadine. Last week I phoned her for advice regarding a service and damaged to my right rear door when I drove into my garage. THIS GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH McCARTHY. Within an half an hour my service were booked for the 25/ 05/2013.On arrival at 07:00 Saturday she was there and after my car was booked in the guy from the panelbeater arrived and gave me a quote. He told me to fix it will take 3 days. Bernadine asked me what will happen if my car go to the panelbeater as she knows that I have my own business she offered without me expexting it to ask the Dealer Priciple Walter Pretorius if a loan car can be made available for me. We went to Walter and he gave permission. I could bring the car On Monday and they will supply me with a loan car for 3 days. Sias Lamprecht said he will be there on Monday morning. They gave me that loan car from Monday to Wednesday the 29th 0f May @013. Bernadine phoned me today today to come and collect my car. My car was fixed properly and I say Thank you to Bernadine, Walter and Sias. I have not experienced such excellent service from any Dealership in my life. MUCH APPRECIATED
