Leonie Stevenson from SACC emailed me Monday 15 August 2011. She couldn't organise me an interview, nor provided an inadequate service. Her last email was exactly 2 weeks later, Monday 29 August 2011:
"I have no feedback. They are still working through the CV's and will let us know about interviews as soon as they can. Thank you! Warmest Regards" - and yes: NO FEEDBACK... I'm FORGOTTEN!
On Friday 26 August 2011, her email worried me "Some clients take up to a year to get back. I am sorry for inconveniencing you, but this is unfortunately out of our hands. Thank you! "
Her other email also worried me "I work for a recruitment agency, this is how the process works. Clients do not get back, so we do not have feedback. I cannot call you and say, well sorry I don't know. We wait for feedback and then contact candidates. Thank you! Warmest Regards! "
DISGUSTED at being contacted with no results delivered: either securing an interview for me or providing adequate feedback!
