I went to get a take away coffee from mugg and bean in cavendish.. I was waiting at the 'please wait to be seated section' behind 1 other lady & another couple. After about 5 minutes of no service & just watching waiter after waiter walk right passed us the couple gave up & moved on. It felt like at least another 5 minutes before a waiter asked the lady infront where she would like to be seated then walked off & left me there still waiting. I walked in to the shop to the pay station & waited there to be helped. It took upwards of 15 minutes to get 1 take away mocha. After work my boyfriend and i stopped by at the mugg and bean in canal walk, also for 2 take away coffees. I was again left waiting at the counter. All baking staff just looked at us, no one bothered getting a waiters attention for us. I sought out a waiter, placed my take away order. First it came in glasses, not take away cups & it was the wrong order. I corrected the waiter so he left and came back with the same incorrect order but just in take away cups. At this point i said forget it and walked away. I have been at regular at mugg & bean but after the shocking service yesterday i wont be!
