Having attended a talk at Stodels Eversdal on 28th April, my friend and I decided to have a light lunch at Dulce. We were no sooner seated when we were asked if we would like something to drink, we said we would like to look at the menue first. In less than five minutes we were asked if we were ready to order. Again we said we would like a little time to consider the menue but ordered our liquid refreshments, which were delivered timeously. We placed our food order, which the waiter repeated three times before he got it right. The order was for a Tramazeni and a toasted sandwich with another coffee and a glass of water. The tramazeni was stodgy (too much dough) and dry and the toasted sandwich also very dry. The water was luke- warm from the tap. The waiter repeatedly came and asked if everything was ok which we found annoying, we told him the food was dry which he reiterated, obviously not knowing what we were on about, this is not an experience we will repeat. Living in Somerset West and going to Dulce Waterstone Village set a bench mark for other branches, they didn'nt come close. My suggestion would be that everyone from management down be re-trained.
