Terrible Service from Wimpy Lydenburg

My wife and her friend order cappuccinos. The waitress immediately responded saying that they would not be able to serve us cappuccinos due to the fact that there coffee machine did not work. We accepted the unusual fact and continued to order our breakfast. I ordered a Streaky Bacon Breakfast. Once again notified us that they did not have streaky bacon and only had shoulder bacon as a replacement. I acknowledge the fact however I requested to see the manager to highlight my unhappiness that we have ordered two separate dishes and Wimpy cannot deliver. The Manager, came to the table and announced herself in an unfriendly rude manner saying ' I hear you are looking for me ' .She rudely replied that if we do not like the service we can happily leave and she would appreciate it if we sent an email to head office about the terrible service, because she has been fighting head office for numerous days about the same issue.
