My wife and I were staying at Emperors Palace on 14th December 2013. We walked to the Platia in the afternoon to book a table for dinner. When we got the at 18H30 there was no table for us and we were given menus and asked to sit on the couch to wait for our table for about 10-15 minutes. I do not find this acceptable for a restaurant to do especially as there were only two of us.
