Rotten Old Lettuce in wrap

Dont order wraps from Spur Waterstone, I showed the waiter and manager that the lettuce inside looked like it was eaten by worms and parts of the leaves looked like it was actually rotten (black), the manager only said they buy the lettuce like that and left - no apology or attempt to compensate us.
