I placed an online order for a Chicken-Filla pizza on 1 Sept 2013 with the Belhar store. The pizza had very little chicken on. 3 pieces chicken on a slice. I called the store and spoke to the BM. I was advised they used a measuring cup for the toppings. When I ordered from other stores the pizza had decent amount of chicken on.
On 3 Sept I logged a complaint on their website. Couple of days later a get call from the Store Manager. I sent her the pictures of how the pizza looked. I was advised the issue will be escalated and feedback will be provided. On 6 Sept I get an SMS saying the case has been resolved. I still haven't received any feedback. On 13 Sept I logged another complaint asking for feedback. Till today I received no feedback. I paid for Chicken-Filla and yet I don't get what I paid for. Case: 98178
