Sandwich baron in Sunninghill must be the WORST place to order food from... We order about every other Friday from them and not once have our order been delivered within the hour. Sandwiches eventually arrives after about an hour and a half and then it is cold.. You open your sandwich to add some salt and realise toppings are shy...
Furthermore, the attitude of the staff, including the manager, is BAD! A while back there was a deal for the breakfast pita on groupon. We bought the deal and ordered, only to arrive at the store and the manager refuses to take the deal.. He claimed he doesn't know about it and we can leave and come back later when he heard something... Only after I insisted that he should call another branch and find out did he do so...
I can go on about other times where they did not have stock of the basics!
Just to compare. This morning we ordered at 07:30, our food just arrived at 09:05. Guess what, no serviettes, no salt or pepper... PATHETIC. Another Co-worker order subway at 08:30... It arrived at 08:50... O, and both subway and sandwich baron is within a 1km radius from us...
But ja, let me go taste if this sandwich will be any good!!
