I have always loved the food from The Sausage Saloon, and was thrilled when they opened at The Glen Shopping Mall. But I have been disappointed time and time again by their service, or lack thereof. I particularly love the onions on my roll, as I am not into sauces. The last three times I went there, they were out of onions. This wasn't at the end of the day or closing time. It was an hour or so after opening! I am just told the onions are finished. The last time I complained about this to the staff, asking how the onions are always finished, as surely they prepare during the whole day. The lady just shrugged her shoulders and stood over the sauces with an impatient attitude, asking which sauce I wanted. I think whoever heads this franchise should check up on the stores, as they will lose lots of customers with this attitude.
