I bought something online and due to a mistake on the merchants side there was no more products available so the online service provider, Mygate Global had to do the refund with FNB. Mygate communicated to me that the holdup id on the side of FNB as their service from the FNB rep is non existent. I mailed the rep in question and i am yet to receive a reply from him.
My next step will be to open a case of against the party that is holding my money.
