Dear Outsurance
On the 4 April i phoned the call centre for a quote on my vechicle and was given an aount of R529 for full comprensive cover. Currently i am paying R335 at Budget Insurance for the same product. Diaan told me about the % that insurances charges in a case of accident or. I phoned Bugect immediately and was informed that i will only pay the excess of R3400 and other excesses if applicable but no %. I then phoned again and one of your other agents told that my quote at Outsurance was denied due to excessive claims on a previous policy held by Outsarances. I never had a policy at Outsurance before. Is this maybe not an excuse from Outsurance not to pay the R400 because they cannot beat the premium of Budject Insurance. When i was ask all relevant questions by Diaan i answered them truthfully, but now its the turn of Outsurance to be truthfull and payout the R400 because they cannot beat my current premium. Is this false advertisement and should this matter not be taken up by the BCCSA because the television is used to advertise their product but cannot deliver. Outsurance you must deliver.
