I went in on saturday to Absa to hopefully upgrade my account and get a package where i dont have to pay such exorbitant charges. I told my wife before entering the bank that i will not get what I want even thou I have been with absa for over 10 years. i first popped in to Nedbank to see if i failed at absa whether I would stand a chance with them. As it goes Nedbank blew the socks off absa in all departments, I did not get the card I wanted and went back to Nedbank and everything worked out... Cant wait to close my account with absa and hopefully never see the inside of absa again. Service does not just stinks at this branch but at all the branches ive been to, and i use tho frequent the absa near fourways mall in jhb...
Its time you start taking banking alot more seriously...
