I have applied for a loan via tlhinkmoney and got an sms saying that I got pre-approved for 60000, When I called the number, It went to legal loans, the lady said that i qaulify for a package which includes a legal plan and a loan for up to R60000 and I must pay R380 in order to continue with the app, i did so, They then said that i must fax documents through to OFS Loans who declined me, Then another place who also declined me, Then bruma finance who is only offering me R3000, this is such a rip off, legal loans do not offer the loan, They supply us with the loan forms and we must submit to every loan finder that they tell us to. So I am incurring the cost for faxing to all these places not them, They only use this loan thing to get people to buy their legal plan, it is a rip off, I want my money back because this is wrong what they are doing, i am taking all the cpmplaints from here to the FSB and ASA and further, How do they pre-approve if the loan is not gauranteed at all. all the people who get this sms has to take up the plan that they offer because they want the loan, its a package offered, The legal plan come through but not the loan.
