Good day. My name is Bonita April and I've received a telephone call from a call center who informed me about the funeral policy and took down all my details. The first debit was deducted from my account last year February and I have never received any documents from their offices till date. I've contacted them last year some time and cancelled it and demanded they pay all my money back but never received a cent back and they still debiting from my account.
