Claim Number 88031560 - Bad follow up and service

I had a claim as a 3rd party against a Outsurance as their client drove into the back of my vehicle at a red Robot, I was told that I will only get best effort service as I am not theri client. When I took my vehicle to their repair centre for a quotation on all the repairs required, i was told it would take 2 weeks to go through an approval process, after just short of 4 weeks and daily phoning to find out what the outcome was, the above mentioned person allocated to handle my claim eventually said that it has been approved and that she will forward me the document for my acceptance signature, after which another 4 weeks (again according to this person) the calim will be paid into my account so that I can have the vehicle repaired. This all started approximately 2 weeks after the actual accident, 1st week in Nov 2012. It is now 11/01/2013, and still no response after numerous phonecalls, approx. 20 - 25 emails, I still have no answer, a vehicle that is giving serious problems getting me to work and back, not mentioning the period I will need to be without the vehicle while it is in for repairs. With this kind of treatment how can this company have plans for future client base growth
