POOR SERVICE

I had a credit card with Standard bank I was in areas then I paid up the account unawared that I was listed already, when I require a paid-up letter from Standard Bank I was refered to attorneys by Fortune on 28 January 2013.

I contacted attorneys I have spoken with Zikhona at 0861 101 729, she refered me to other attorneys by the name (Kollect Attorneys) I contacted them and I have spoken with Chalian their number is 011 346 9518 she refered me back to Standard Bank she said my account in no longer with them. When I call Standard Bank again I spoke with Fortune again she transfered me to DMSC Department I didn't get anyone to answer my call until it was cutted. Please I'm desparately need help.
