Signed an offer to purchase on the 19/10/13. Applied at fnb as i have my business account with them. Platinum account holder. Shafieka Campbell assisted with the application. We were declined on several occasions for incorrect documentation which was never communicated to me, i had to do all the following up myself. Then we declined cos my wife had a default account on her profile, i was given incorrect info from Shafieka. Investigated further, it was a paid up account that still reflected. Emailed the docs to Shafieka. However, she advised that i try on my own. I did but on the 7/12/13 i received a call asking my wifes bank statement and the letter of the paid up account. She emailed it to [Email Removed] On the 9/12/13 the bond was approved. Now at the lawyers it was picked up the bonds in my name only and it cant be rectified because of the default account only wife's name. Whose to blame for this up? This life changing experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. The inconvenience and embarrassment cannot be defined. Someone needs to take responsibility and sort this mess up.
