I have made arrangement with Bayport to pay R1000 a month, after paying R10000, gave them my banking details and the day they should debit, They debited my account twice on the 27 Jan, and I called to explain what has happen and promised I will get my money back, sent them banking statement to prove that they indeed took 2 payments and I am still waiting for the refund for the other R1000, however I am even scared that this is going to happen every month and my other debits are bouncing back, I really need them to refund me and promise that this wont happen again as I will change banks and it is going to be hassle for me to go and deposit the money every month but what must I do if all I am getting is not good enough response. I need that R1000 on my account before the 31 Jan as my medical aid needs to debit.
