on the 7th of October 2013, my car was dragged by a truck that is covered by Santum insurance. Upon arrival of the metro police the truck driver admitted guilt and the matter was then handed to both insurances for claims. Now i am told that this Santum insurance refuses to pay me 100% saying i shuld have been more aware. i then sent them pictures and witness statements to show that i even tried to move away buy the car truck drive cut the corner too soon. my Claim number is ENL02960 and HP Brokers are my insurers.
