I logged a complaint in January 2013 for the internet transactions done on my card. It took 2 weeks for my card to arrive after multiple follow ups from my side. I requested Sabelo from the dept to revert with feedback on how I will be reimbursed my points lost for the 2 weeks that I was without the FNB Clicks card, and had to use another card. This was via email where I also offered to provide a statement of transactions to justify the points allocation. I also left a comment on Hellopeter to this effect when feedback was requested. To this date I have heard nothing. No feedback on how the occurred, if the perpetrator was caught nor allocation of my points. FNB ads are misleading on how easy everything is from opening accounts to delivery of cards. Very disappointed.
