I'm overwhelmed by the service I have received from Lorain and Kerry with my claims in the past 3 days. Filled with emotions because my 2 little daschund babies are sick. Lorain and Kerry have made every effort to make my medical aid claims for them "pain-free" and quick. Bad experience on when we registered our first puppy, almost deterred me from registering my second puppy and from remaining with Medipet all together, this experience has ensured that we will stay and recommend Medipet for sure.
