I am furious... I have been charged R750 for a new card. YOU downgraded me by mistake, you upgraded me to rectify this. I then get told I am over my limit due to a new card charge.
What on earth????
I also still have two cards on my name - can someone please fix this abortion of a situation and call me when it is sorted out and not try and give me excuses!!!!
Go and look on the system and between you and FNB find who is responsible and get the rid of them, I work in the financial industry and if I give my client's service like this I would be tarred and feathered!!!
