An unauthorised payment was made from my DiscoveryCard on 30 August 2013. I contacted DiscoveryCard on 31 August 2013 requesting immediate reversal of the payment. Upon request the necessary dispute form was faxed to DiscoveryCard on 3 September 2013. Upon MY enquiry, I had to send the form again on 5 September 2013. After yet another call by me to determine when the reversal will be made, I was requested to e-mail it AGAIN, which was done on 10 September 2013 (for the third time!). I was then informed that that the investigation is taking place which may take up to 30 days. This seemed ludicrous to me at the time as the chances of reversing the payment is impossible after such a long time. Now, more than 2 months later upon my enquiry after receiving NO feedback, DiscoveryCard has informed me that they are still investigating the matter (which is obviously a lie!!), but that I must send the dispute form to them again! Honestly, what does it take to get service from DiscoveryCard???!!! I have obviously sent the form again (for the fourth time), but realise this is a waste of time. The only solution seems to be the closing of the account and forget about service.
