FEEDBACK ON RESPONSE TO COMPLAINT

Thank you investigating this matter & being in contact with us, but it's is not resolved for us. Many issues havn't been addressed. We still don't know whether our father was cremated in the clothes we gave Avbob Heidelberg. If they didn't put any effort in doing their job with regards to the registration & cremation, we doubt that Magda would have gone through the effort to take his clothes to Kempton park. We havn't received any WRITTEN feedback from Avbob Head office as requested. Magda, the person, responsible for this mess shines in her absence. We want to know the steps Avbob has taken against her. We have done our research and have seen that she has slipped up many times before. Why has steps not been taken then already? How many families should go through unnecessary trauma because of her? Why were the family NEVER consulted about what should be on the plate of the cremation box? It's completely IMPERSONAL and not the way our dad would have wanted it. Avbob is working with families in grief. It shouldn't be just a job, it should be a calling. All we wanted was for our dad to be cremated with dignity. Avbob has robbed us from this opportunity. NO AVBOB, IT'S NOT RESOLVED.
