I contacted Outsurance after receiving a letter advising me that my premiums will be increased even thought I have never claimed on my insurance since the beginning.

My call was diverted to a senior consultant (Faizel Pietersen). I would like to take this opportunity to point out to his manager that he is a well mannered, friendly and patient staff. He explained clearly why there is an increase in my premium and when I advised him that my insurance was claim free he review my portfolio and arranged a better deal for me and that suits my financial status.

In reality most suppliers will only advise the reason for an increase but will not review your portfolio to suit your financial status unless requested, but Faizel went the extra mile and I thank him for doing so and bring the Outsurance slogan to life "You Always Get Something Out".

After this experience with Outsurance I will confidently recommend Outsurance to friends and family.
