My vehicle was damaged by a Digistics truck on 14 October 2013.
Santam who insures Digistics refuse to replace the alumnium bonnet and bumper of my 2011 Volvo V60 and is only willing to pay for repairing by filling. They offered me R9, 015.00 and the quote from the Volvo repairer was R29, 824.79.
They suggested that I take my vehicle to the repairer and instruct him to attempt the repair and if the repair does not work they will "re look" the situation.
I am not willing to accept a repaired bonnet or bumper as the accident was not my fault and my car is almost new, it has done only 34000 km.
