Last month, somebody from FNB premier banking contacted me after my complaint on HELLO PETER.
THEY ENDEAVOURED TO REVERSE THE DEBIT ORDER YET AGAIN. well guesds what, the exact same thing happened again this month, costing me debit order reversal fees, leaving my bank account looking like a grade 1 teachers maths tutorials. YET AGAIN, i have sent numerous emails to premier banking since friday last week to reverse the debit orders.- no contact has been made my them nor has my request been actioned.
so a week of sending emails and again NO RESPONSE FROM PREMIER BANKING ( A BILLABLE SERVICE)
FNB's service is SHOCKING, every month they promisee me it won't happen again. YET IT DOES.
how can we help you? - think they need a new pay off line!!!
MORE LIKE HOW CAN WE FRUSTRATE YOYU, COST YOU EXTRA IN BANKING CHARGES, DUE TO LACK OF COMPETENCE AND SERVICE.
the only dept that seems to be working at FNB, is new product development.
they have lost the plot - their innovative services has taken precedence over good old fashion customer service.
i am most definitely getting in contact with other banks today- think moving my account is LONG OVERDUE.
