I called Miway telling them I would like to cancel my insurance because I got a significantly cheaper quote from a competitor. Emanuel clearly stated that they didn't want to loose me because I was a good customer and did everything in his power to give me a better quote... and he succeeded! From inception of my MiWay policy I have never dealt with any other company that is more committed to customer satisfaction! Well Done Emanuel and Well Done MiWay!
