I had an arrangement with repayment on my nedbank credit card after being retrenched. I arranged an amount of 200.00. This have been paid every month, and then I transferred the remaining money out of my nedbank account. Thank goodness I did this. Last month (August) I must have forgotten to pay, but paid 400.00 on the 1st of september. However on the 4th nedbank took the entire outstanding amount out of my credit card account, leaving me with 300.00 for the month. I believe this is unlawful and unethical. I just started feeling good about nedbank and there there they do it again. Nedbank, you stink. I will get legal advice on this and will take the necessary action to hold you accountable. I will forward this mail to friends of mine, and let them know how nedbank treat their clients. They are allowed to break arrangements. Pathetic
