I applied for a loan at Loan tracer online, I got a response on my email, stating the documents needed to apply for the loan, then I did NOTHING further with this.
This week I got a deduction on my account for R399...
I emailed and asked what this was for, Kevin Brown replied with " You have irrevocably agreed to and accepted the Loan Tracer SA Terms and Conditions..." for a 2-in-1 service pack that I didn't even make use of.
I asked him to return my money as I am not going to make use of them, now I have to go in to the bank to get valid bank statements to get my money back! You have my bank details, you deducted, so pay back!
Please people: DO NOT USE LOAN TRACER - they are!
