Paid up lette

I called the collections call centre last week monday to request a paid up letter, i was told that i have to go to my nearest branch of african bank they will provide me with a paid up letter i was at the branch in randburg to get the letter they could not give me the letter i called the collections call centre again they tell me that they have to wait for the finalising department first i dont know why. all i want is my paid up letter and they must update my profile on itc.
