Incredible Service from Thandiwe and Henry

I walked into the FNB Melrose branch on Friday afternoon and I was greeted by a warm and eager Thandiwe who asked how she could help me. She listened attentively to my query and did her best to resolve my query. She then advised that I speak to Henry on a product that FNB offers and Henry went into detail explaining the product, benefits and disadvantages of this. I must say he was honest and knows the products on offer at FNB and tries to find the best product that suits one's needs. I found this t be exceptional and was impressed with the service.
