Don't allocate payments

I made an EFT payment on 2 September on my RCS card. I always pay this account with eft. On Friday 13 September, I wanted to make a purchase on my card. The card was declined. By calling them, their response was that they did not received my payment, and I need to fax them the proof of payment. I send them the proof of payment, made on 2 September, this payment was not allocated to my account. They agreed, that they can see it, but the admin department will only allocate the payment next week. I said to them, that this is unexcepted, because I wanted to make a purchase. After 4 calls from my cell phone, that also cost me money, they agreed that I can make the purchase. This morning, I received a snotty sms, that my account is in arrears, and that I need to pay the total outstanding amount ( the amount I aready paid on 2 September, as well as my purchase on 13 September ( this payment is only suposrto be due on 1October). I want to know what happened to my money already paid. I am not very happy to be treated like this. I never have any account in arrears. This incompetant company is busy to runed my clean credit record. I will not suggest any one to open an RCS card
