I chatted to Ntombi Pani at Outsurance this morning to review my insurance for a car as I am not using it often. She reviewed my policy together with my entire portfolio to check whether she could assist in saving some premiums. She not only assisting with a reduction in the annual increase, but took a look at whether she could discount premiums as well as lower the excesses. I walked away with not only a saving on my car insurance policy but also on my entire portfolio. The service was efficient and comprehensive. I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome.
