Had a loan with African bank and due to retrenchment my account went on arrears. I would get endless calls from them and their lawyers and no one wanted to understand my situation.
I then started working and paid of my account.
As per debt collecting agent she assured me that a paid up letter would be emailed to me as confirmation till this day it has not and to my surprise my account is still on arrears at the credit bureau.
I then made follow up seeing to it that no one cares, I called call centre to request for paid up letter and went to branch with no luck.
Can some one give me feedback, and can my credit profile be updated.
Can I please have paid up letter. Why can't you use same momentum of harassment when you have to what's right for the customer.
Treat your customers with respect and be fair to them. I know you don't care about me but this is my future
