I have mailed absa recently about my personal loan. i have advised them that i have lost my job and cannot afford my personal loan and want to use the credit insurance. they want you to contact them immediately when you are in arrears but when you want them to contact you then they take their time.
the debit order will go off tomorrow and i can afford it. i was asked to resign due to medical reasons and cannot afford the premiums. that is why i asked them to place a hold on it and to forward the claim forms. i cannot go to a bank as i do not have an income and cannot afford to drive around just for anything. please note i cannot take calls as i have a hearing problem
