On the wrong axis

Last month I reply to an e-mail sent to me with my statement and requested my settlement balance. I got a reply requesting my ID number which I gave and then get a call, requesting my ID number again?!

I wrote on Hellopeter about it and the very next day I got the details, no question of ID number again?!

I do the same yesterday, but this time I add the ID number before being asked for it again and I get woken up with a call. I work night shift and sleep during the day, that's why I communicate via e-mail. I understand the risks and safety and prevention of, but you have my e-mail address on file, I provide you with my ID number that's on file to an e-mail that was sent to me by you, this policy has to be relooked at, as it really doesn't reduce the customer's effort.

I now have to go through this process of complaining to you about your service, had a disturbed sleep and all I wanted was a statement?!

Now I don't just want a statement, I want answers as to why I had to go through the same thing twice in less than a month?! Don't you keep record of all communications, etc?
