I called ABSA early this morning to find out how to go about getting a border letter. the agent said they would pass my information to the right team and will be sent a border form to complete. I am still waiting for this form and need it for the weekend. Why is it so complicated to get the form and the letter. really worried now reading some other complaints where people have waited more than 10 days for ABSA to issue a letter. Just before I called ABSA I called Outsurance who insure my vehicle, before I put the phone down I had their letter in my inbox... ABSA could learn from them.
