The R399.00 debit off your account

On the 22.12.12 i got a sms on my phone stating "R399.00 debit of your account from LDISCOVERY9521000843669" from that day i can never get to speak to anyone on the customer care line and this is like a 20 to 30 mins call everytime???
the 0860 021 022/7 never works out the way you would think.
after 4 emails and alot of calls STILL no reply from LDSA...

i would like Hellopeter.com to pleaqse help me out here and lets se if i can get a reply NOW from them and my money back in full!!!
