I called this morning to review and change my policy details. I spoke to Sechaba Seekane, one of the agents working at Miway. He's assistantace on my issue was excellent and he managed to ease my stress as i had too many questions regarding the cover and excess. Miway, has employed a genuine caring individual who listens to customers and makes sure to give them the best advise.
When i first called Miway, to get a cover i spoke to Zandile Radebe and she too was always patient with me and managed to come back to me when i had any questions regarding the premiums and different cover i could take with Miway.
I would definitely recommend Miway to anyone that needs a insurance.
