FOUR MONTHS FOR GROUPON TO DELIVER A PRODUCT?

PRODUCT ORDERED: Corkscrew and an Ice Master ice maker

I ordered this product FOUR MONTHS AGO!

I have made a phone call a week to Groupon Call Centre to find out what's going on. Every week, someone either tells me that the product will be delivered to my doorstep 'this Friday', or that they would call me before close of business that day with feedback.

I still do not know where my product is and why it hasn't been delivered yet! This is beyond acceptable!

Groupon responded on 8 March 2013 to say that the product was on its way to me (AGAIN) and would reach me within 5-7 days. It is now 20 March and nothing has been received - no feedback or phone call either.
