After a number of emails, a telephone call, and advising Deal Click I will be taking my matter further, the Deal Click agent, Gugu, told me that it was unnecessary to go to such lengths as my goods were being shipped. I sent an email confirming our telecom, no response acknowledging my email. No goods have been received and the shipment still remains pending on the Deal Click website. These goods were paid for 18 May. Their terms are between 14 - 21 days (not working days). Why can they not be truthful, why do they advertise and happily take your money, and then do not deliver? People need to be made aware of this shocking service and think twice before purchasing.
