In Viljoenskroon when u get at Muncipality they are always offline and cant help u, and its going on now for 3 weeks. Then they tell u u have to go to Kroonstad, u drive all the way to Kroonstad Muncipality and when u get there u have to wait almost an hour and if u finally come to some to help u ...
